"Successful Networking Conversations" is a 6-week teleseminar

Each week there is is a 60-minute session via audio conference call, that focuses on a specific topic. Each session includes a manageable "assignment" or action step to help you apply the concepts covered in the session immediately. 

You also receive complete session notes after each call.

Session 1: How do I confidently engage people in conversation?

In this session, you will learn how to "take the first step"!

You will learn how to:

  • Approach people without being (or feeling) too pushy
  • Feel confident and comfortable starting a conversation with them
  • Get past any natural shyness or feeling like you're "intruding"
  • Recognize what people want to hear or talk about, during the conversation
  • Increase your comfort level networking in a room where you don't know anyone 
  • Break into a group of people who are already talking to each other

We will end this session with a simple "action step" to help you put into practice what you learn.

Session 2: Becoming Skillful in Initiating Conversations

This session is dedicated to helping you successfully apply all the concepts covered in session 1.

During this session, you will have a chance to:

  • Review the results of your "action step" from session 1
  • Share any insights and breakthroughs
  • Ask questions, clarify concepts, and resolve any issues that may have come up
  • Get on-the-spot coaching, if you want

Session 3: What do I say next?

In this session, you will learn how to maintain the conversation flow, and direct it towards specific outcomes.

You will learn how to:

  • Figure out in the moment what to say after you introduce yourself
  • Recognize what people want to hear from you or talk about
  • Market your business to others without sounding fake or pushy
  • Capitalize on unexpected opportunities that may show up during a conversation

We will end this session with a simple "action step" to help you put into practice what you learn.

Session 4: Building Skill in having Focused and Meaningful Conversations

This session is dedicated to helping you successfully apply all the concepts covered in session 3.

During this session, you will have a chance to:

  • Review the results of your "action step" from session 3
  • Share any insights and breakthroughs
  • Ask questions, clarify concepts, and resolve any issues that may have come up
  • Get on-the-spot coaching, if you want

Session 5: How do I get "real results" from these conversations?

In this session, you will learn how to have focused, results-oriented conversations.

You will learn how to:

  • Have a good quality conversation with each person with in a limited time frame
  • Get a qualified appointment with people after you meet them
  • End conversations politely and tactfully, so you avoid talking to one person all meeting
  • Get people to respond to you when you follow up with them
  • Ask for what you want confidently, and get results

We will end this session with a simple "action step" to help you put into practice what you learn.

Session 6: Becoming Skillful in having Results-Oriented Conversations

This session is dedicated to helping you successfully apply all the concepts covered in session 5.

During this session, you will have a chance to:

  • Review the results of your "action step" from session 5
  • Share any insights and breakthroughs
  • Ask questions, clarify concepts, and resolve any issues that may have come up
  • Get on-the-spot coaching, if you want
